SwissKonnect is a trading name of SwissDirekt AG which is an independent financial institution based in Switzerland. The company was founded in 2003 by Thomas Kuhn and Harald Maul.

The company is incorporated as a financial intermediary and is listed in the register of commerce of the canton of Zug. The company is licensed and authorized by SRO PolyReg.

The SwissKonnect platform was launched to address the private equity needs of our clients. Through our easy-to-use platform, we publish exciting private equity transactions in companies that hold the potential to be industry disruptors.

The group also offer private and institutional investors modern online trading services for Forex, Stocks, Futures and CFD’s. In addition, we offer individual asset management as well as managed accounts with an active investment style and a focus on risk reduction.
